Before you Buy Mailing Equipment Anywhere Else! Please Read
Please give us a call or at least e-mail us! Too many people are making bad equipment choices because of lack of information.
A few examples:
You buy off Ebay at a steal. You get the envelope printer and everything works great! Great transaction and all goes well,, until,, it breaks and you need to get it repaired. Now you find out that the unit you purchased was one of the early models and to fix it you will need to purchase a upgrade kit that costs $3,500 installed! Don’t think this can happen, sadly enough I have watched dealers do it to their own clients. Even worse I have seen dealers put things on ebay to get rid of it out of their local service area. Because they don’t want to dump a lemon on a local client. Or because they know parts are no longer available for the unit.
A dealer talks you into buying a rebuilt printer that he has at a very low price! You by and get it installed. Then you upgrade your operating system and need to reinstall the drivers. You contact the dealer and find out no drivers are available and none will be made.
In 13 years in the industry we have seen a lot. The worst is when dealers push a flawed model just because it has a great profit margin on that unit. Or they can not offer any other brand.
Why this warning? Because I hate getting ripped off or seeing my clients ripped off. We are different than most dealers. The owner of All For Mailers was a technician and service manager and had to deal with a lot of the aftermath of these bad deals. Because of this we have a different perspective than most dealers. We want to establish a long term relation with our clients based on trust and good honest deals.

If it’s a bad deal we will tell you why ex. that version of the machine had a flaw that causes the clutch to wear out constantly and it will cost you about $300 every other month to keep fixing it.
